About the project

How to translate the strength of Black entrepreneurship into an identity? The brief was dense. In Brazil, Black entrepreneurs earn 21% less than white entrepreneurs. Not due to a lack of talent. It's a structural barrier. The concept was based on a rough stone. Its strength has a value that is not created, but inherited. However, a rough stone, no matter how valuable its essence, needs the process of polishing, not to transform it, but to reveal the brilliance that already exists.
